This policy explains what information Flexible Workout (flexibleworkout.com, “we”, “us”) collects when you visit, how it is used, and the choices you have. We keep it short because we collect very little.

What we collect

  • Comments. If you leave a comment we store your name, email address, website (if you enter one), IP address and the comment itself. Your email address is not shown publicly. Comments may be checked by automated spam filters.
  • Email. If you email us we keep your message and address so we can reply.
  • Server logs. Our hosting provider, Hostinger, records standard technical data such as IP address, browser type, pages requested and time of visit. This is used for security and keeping the site running.
  • Analytics. We use Google Tag Manager, which can load analytics tools such as Google Analytics to count visits and see which articles are read. These tools may set cookies and collect your IP address, device and approximate location. We use this information in aggregate to improve the site.

We do not run display advertising, we do not sell your personal information, and the site has no account or sign-up system.

Cookies and third parties

  • Analytics cookies from the tools described above.
  • Amazon. Many articles contain affiliate links to Amazon. When you click one, Amazon sets its own cookies to record that you came from our site. See Amazon’s privacy notice for how it uses that data.
  • Pinterest. Some articles include embedded Pinterest content, and images offer a “Save” link. Pinterest may set cookies when you load an embed or follow its link.
  • Gravatar. Comment avatars are loaded from Gravatar, which receives a code derived from the commenter’s email address.
  • Share links (Pinterest, Facebook, X) are plain links. Those services only receive information from you if you click them.

Fonts on this site are served from our own server, not from Google Fonts. You can block or delete cookies in your browser settings; the site works without them.

Children

This site is intended for a general audience and is not directed at children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If you believe a child has sent us information, contact us and we will delete it.

You can ask us to show, correct or delete the personal information we hold about you, for example a comment you left. Depending on where you live (including the EU, UK and California), you may also have the right to object to or restrict certain processing. Contact us using the address below and we will respond within a reasonable time.

How long we keep information

Comments stay on the article until you ask us to remove them. Server logs are kept by our host for a limited period. Email messages are kept as long as needed to answer them.

Links to other sites

Our articles link to other websites. We are not responsible for their content or privacy practices.

Changes to this policy

We may update this policy from time to time. The date at the top shows when it last changed.
